| Crossing: Please do not cross in front of NRTA buses after debarking.
Rider Courtesy: Unnecessary conversation with the driver is prohibited while the vehicle is in operation. The playing of radios, cassettes, CD players, or musical instruments on the buses is only permitted if an earphone is used and is not disturbing other passengers.
Bicycles: Bicycles are not permitted inside the Shuttles. Bikes must be placed on the outside bike rack, available on all Shuttles.
Animals: Animals must be leashed or caged and are not allowed on the seats. Wet Animals are not permitted.
Injuries: All injuries must be immediately reported to the driver or manager on duty and should be reported to the NRTA within 24 hours of occurrence. Names, address and telephone numbers of other passengers or witnesses must be provided to the NRTA. Unreported injuries sustained while traveling on NRTA vehicles may not be acknowledged at later dates. NRTA is not responsible for injuries, which result from the unsafe acts of passengers. Passengers should remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop.
Other: By law, all passengers must remain behind the white line on the Shuttles.
