Lost & Found

If you lose an item on the Shuttle, please call or stop by the NRTA office to see if the item has been turned in. To report lost items call the NRTA office or fill out the Lost and Found Form. This form can be submitted on line or printed out and mailed to the address below.

If you find an item on the Shuttle, please bring it to the NRTA office, 3 East Chestnut Street. The NRTA office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The office is closed weekends and holidays. Items are kept for fifteen (15) days after service has ended.

THE NRTA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY.

We also suggest checking for your lost item at the Nantucket Police Department located at 20 South Water Street.
