How to Ride the Bus

  • Arrive at the Shuttle stop ahead of time, Shuttles may run a few minutes late or early depending on weather, traffic and other factors.
  • Stand at the Shuttle stop and clearly let the driver know you want to catch that Shuttle.
  • Be sure to have exact change ready when you board the Shuttle, drivers do not make change. If you wish to have a change card issued please let the driver know.
  • Passengers should not use profanity, obscene language or gestures on the Shuttles. If this occurs, the driver will ask the passenger to refrain from using such language or gesture. If the situation persists, the driver will ask that the passenger disembark and will call for assistance if necessary.
  • Before you disembark the Shuttle, please make sure you have all your belongings with you.
  • For the safety of all passengers, baby strollers must be folded while on the Shuttles.
  • Please watch for your stop and ring the bell in advance of where you’d like to get off the Shuttle.
  • Passengers using mobility devices such as wheelchairs or scooters must allow the devices to be secured in the designated areas on the bus.
  • By law, all passengers must remain behind the white line on the Shuttles.
  • Passengers must keep hands and feet inside the Shuttles at all times.
